1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a song request to Spitball Music, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit a request.

2. Song Request Submissions

• You must be 18 years or older to submit a song request.
• All submissions are subject to review and approval by Spitball Music.
• We reserve the right to reject any request that contains inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
• Submission of a request does not guarantee creation or publication of the song.

3. Content Ownership & Rights

• Your Lyrics: If you provide custom lyrics, you confirm that you own the rights to them or have permission to use them.
• AI-Generated Content: Songs created with AI-generated lyrics and music are owned by Spitball Music.
• License to Use: By submitting a request, you grant Spitball Music a worldwide, royalty-free license to create, publish, and monetize the resulting content.
• Credit: We will credit your name in the video description if requested, but you will not receive royalties or revenue sharing.

4. Prohibited Content

Song requests must not contain:

• Profanity, hate speech, or discriminatory language
• Copyrighted material (unless you own the rights)
• Personal information about third parties
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content
• Content that violates any laws or regulations

5. Processing & Delivery

• We will notify you via email when your song is published on YouTube.
• Processing time varies based on queue position and complexity.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by technical issues or high demand.

6. No Refunds or Guarantees

• Song requests are provided free of charge (in MVP). No refunds apply.
• We do not guarantee publication of your song.
• We may modify, edit, or decline your request at our discretion.

7. Privacy & Data

• We collect your name, email, and song details to process your request.
• We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
• You may receive email notifications about your song request status.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
